What does me having a font on my computer have anything to do with howhappy they were with me as a sponsored rider?? It's not like I went around offering to do riders gear with that font.
And not that it matters to an insider such as yourself, and I'm wondering why I am even explaining myself to some vital jagoff, but I'd long since moved on from No Fear when I reproduced that font, which i later found out was commercially available. You obviously missed the point of my post: The gear companies don't go around willy-nilly telling people what fonts they use in their designs. You obviously missed the point of my post: The gear companies don't go around willy-nilly telling people what fonts they use in their designs. So your sponsor tells you they wont make the font for you because it is for factory riders only, but you went ahead and made it for yourself. On top of that, you emailed it them for the sole purpose of making them mad, And i'm the 'jagoff'? Side note, your story doesnt really make any sense. Side note, your story doesnt really make any sense Sorry let me clarify, and ya jagoff was harsh word. Sponsored by No Fear, got the basic customized gear package they give B and C level support riders.
Wear it happily. Got hurt, quit riding and racing, started riding again wearing different gear. I wanted the font for my own graphic design reasons and couldn't get it.
Two years after I stopped wearing no fear, made the font for myself after art director told me he couldn't reveal it. As a then 21 year old punk kid(this was in 03), I sent a reply email typed in the font I recreated, well after I'd stopped being a sponsored rider. I didn't feel the need to initially type all of that out because I didn't think anyone would call into question my value as a sponsored rider, but since you pointed it out I felt it better that I clarify. I've been in this industry for a long time and I know how to be a good sponsoree, and would never do something like that to a company helping me out.
I didn't sell their font or make any commercial use of it, just wanted to say haha I made it myself, again, long after I stopped riding for them. WHile a sponsored rider I represented them in a manner they expected of me. I've had plenty of sponsors over my years of racing and would like to say that I represented them all to their satisfaction. SO hope that clarifies things, not that it really matters, but I felt as though my integrity was called into question. And again I shouldn't have called you a jagoff, but it was unnecessary to even say what you said in the first place as it contributed nothing to the topic and only served to bash me in public. Tl;dr just kidding, that story makes more sense. I said what I did initially, because the story as you wrote it initially, made you look like a bad employee.
But once you explained it, it isnt bad. Wrote: Hell ya they were as i represented them good in the manner I was expected to. What does me having a font on my computer have anything to do with howhappy they were with me as a sponsored rider??

What Font Is Used On Basketball Jerseys
And again I shouldn't have called you a jagoff, but it was unnecessary to even say what you said in the first place as it contributed nothing to the topic and only served to bash me in public. Sounds like something I would've done too.
What Font Is Used For Jersey Names
I cannot tell you of the exact name of the font or style used for the lettering but I can send you to a site that pictures the different lettering, numbers, and logos used on Cubs uniforms throughout the years. To find the names of the font used do a search for online companies that sell baseball un iforms, check out the charts they use for ordering the lettering, and compare them with the Cubs lettering. See Related links below for the websites mentioned above. I have listed one site with uniform fonts you might have to find others to make a match.
